Rajeep Sardesai begged to differ, reaffirming to a Twitter user who sought clarification that it was not Arnab with whom the incident happened, but with Sardesai himself.

Senior journalists Nalin Mehta and Sanjeev Singh also backed up what Sardesai had to say, as they were also present in Gujarat at the time of the riots.

“My friend claims his car was attacked near the Gujarat CM’s residence in 2002, but he wasn’t even covering the riots then”, Rajdeep Sardesai Twitter on Tuesday morning not only exposed the lies in the name of journalism people like arnab goswami play but also till date Republic tv founder Arnab refused to refute and thus silently acknowledging his glaring lies in front of galore eyes of the media.
